List your property —
guaranteed rent from vetted providers
List your property with Social Ready and we'll look for a vetted guaranteed rent provider to take it on a long lease, 3 years or more. It's for landlords with studios to 4-beds, HMOs, blocks and portfolios. Rent is paid monthly as set out in your agreement, with no management fees.
The Renters' Rights Act has changed private letting in England. A company lease to an organisation is a different route that can reduce risk, admin and uncertainty.

Yes. Creating a landlord or provider account is completely free with no obligation. You only proceed if you are happy with an agreement.
Landlords provide a valid EPC, Gas Safety certificate and EICR, and a property in safe, habitable condition. Our team will tell you if anything else is needed for a specific provider.
A long-term lease to a vetted provider can reduce the risk, admin and uncertainty of rent reform for some landlords. Under the Renters' Rights Act in England, Section 21 is abolished and ASTs become periodic tenancies; a genuine lease to an organisation is a different arrangement with a fixed term and agreed break clauses. This is general information, not legal advice — take independent advice on your situation.
Yes. We pay a £100 referral fee to sourcers and letting agents on successful completion of a property they introduce.
