About Social Ready — award-winning social housing brokerage
Social Ready Ltd is a social housing brokerage based in Watford, founded by The Property Twins, Gavin and Mitch Vaughan, and Louis Lattuca of Lattuca Invest. We connect private landlords with vetted guaranteed rent providers, including housing associations and councils on long leases. Providers and councils place and support residents; we find the homes and negotiate the leases.
We believe everyone deserves a safe, stable place to call home. We work with local authorities, housing associations and private landlords to secure high-quality homes for individuals and families in need.
With over 20 years of combined experience across the property and social housing sectors, our team understands the complexities of housing provision from compliance and maintenance to tenancy support and community integration. Our goal is simple: to bridge the gap between those who have homes to offer and those who urgently need them, ensuring fair, sustainable, and compassionate housing outcomes for all.
