REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy

Because our business is service-based, payments made for:

  • Consultation fees,

  • Property assessment fees,

  • Reservation or onboarding fees,

  • Management fees,

are generally non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in writing.

2. When Refunds Are Provided

A refund may be issued if:

  • We cancel or are unable to proceed with a guaranteed rent agreement,

  • A payment was made in error,

  • Services were not delivered as described (subject to investigation).

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

3. No Refunds Issued For

  • Change of mind after work has already commenced,

  • Failure to provide required documentation (EPC, Gas Safety, ownership proof),

  • Withdrawing from negotiations after administrative work has started.

4. Cancellation of Appointments

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee.
