REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy
Because our business is service-based, payments made for:

Consultation fees,
-
Property assessment fees,
-
Reservation or onboarding fees,
-
Management fees,
are generally non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in writing.
2. When Refunds Are Provided
A refund may be issued if:

We cancel or are unable to proceed with a guaranteed rent agreement,
-
A payment was made in error,
-
Services were not delivered as described (subject to investigation).
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
3. No Refunds Issued For
-
Change of mind after work has already commenced,
-
Failure to provide required documentation (EPC, Gas Safety, ownership proof),
-
Withdrawing from negotiations after administrative work has started.
4. Cancellation of Appointments

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations may incur a fee.
